Founded by Dustin and Justyne Noble and licensed in 2009, Noble Springs Dairy is a Grade A goat dairy and artisanal goat cheese making operation located six miles from Franklin, TN. The owners have worked hard to restore the farm that has supported family farming since the eighteenth century and enjoy sharing their passion for agriculture.
