Gayle & Jim Tanner own and operate Bonnie Blue Farm in Waynesboro, TN, a true farmstead dairy, using only the milk from Nubian and Saanen dairy goats to make hand crafted goat cheese. The dairy was licensed in April 2006 through the Tennessee Department of Agriculture.
